On the morning of May 19, at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City, Nghe An, the flag-raising ceremony and the flying of the national flag took place to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. The flag, covering an area of 2,025 square meters, was raised in a solemn atmosphere, expressing deep respect and gratitude to Uncle Ho.
