The water wrestling festival (or mud wrestling festival) is held every 4 years in Van village (Van Ha, Viet Yen, Bac Giang) from April 12-15 of the lunar calendar. On May 13, 2022, the Van village water wrestling festival was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
